Hopefully Ian or Squizz can answer any questions that people have about next weekend here.
I will get the ball rolling....
As i cant make Saturday i will be heading up early Sunday morning.
What time do we need to be there by?
Next question.....Squizz
Do you need the banner Saturday or Sunday ok? Im heading to Cambridge Saturday so could meet at some point if required?
And question number 3 lol....sorry these are just coming into my head as i go
Mattie - Are you attending? If not do we need to arrange a meet to get the shirts prior to Sunday??

Anyone not camping on the Saturday will need to be there by 10:30am please, the sooner the better though to try and minimise traffic and to get the stand sorted ASAP.

Ermmmmm, would be handy to have it Saturday as I will be setting the stand up before non-campers arrive on Sunday (assuming my alarm wakes me haha). :dita:

people can start turning up from 2pm on the saturday, we need time to set the field out and section off the relevant areas.
THe Sunday is advertised as gates open at 11am so we would IDEALLY like everyone in place before that time. We do appreciate tho if everyone has the same idea to turn up at 10:30, it may cause a backlog and only then should we have a queue but hey ho, can't plan for everything!!
fao Squizz...... As for alarm clocks, those camping need not worry, we'll be sound checking the P.A system from around 9am!! :lol:
Meant to mention, those camping, you may want to leave the site and come back in on the sunday as we will be taking photo's of EVERY car as they come in. They will then be available at the "Sublimation Online" stand to either buy the print (mail order only) OR to have the image put onto a mug, clock, t-shirt mouse mat etc!!

There will be a novice photographer going round on the day (my 11yr old son) taking snaps of cars on stands BUT if you want a pic of JUST your car on its own, you will need to leave the field and come back in so it looks like you've just turned up. Last year it proved a great success as not many people have got a pic of just their car and themselves with no other cars in the shot.
Will have some spare exhibitor forms with me on the day. track me down and i'll sort one out for you. Look for the numpty in the ORANGE hi-viz!! (i'll be the ONLY orange hi-viz there!!)

If turning up on the sunday..... put either one of your forms in the screen, (depending on whether you want to be judged or not) you'll be asked by a marshall if you are club or individual, say club and they'll point you in the direction of the next marshall who will show you where to be!!

we have a semi pro doing these shots. his girlfriend will be waving cars down as they enter so he can get a shot.
hence why you need to go out and come back in :driving:

Ok thank you, im annoyed i cant come, but i cant exactly walk :P I may get my dad to take me up there for a bit, but just thought i would let you know im not on the stand.
